Job Title: Professional Data Science Trainer (Industry Expert - ML & AI) Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (Flexible) Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance / Guest Faculty Experience Required: 2+ years in Data Science (MNC experience preferred) About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Science Professional to join us as a Trainer & Mentor , guiding aspiring data scientists toward industry-readiness. As a working expert from an MNC, your practical insights and technical mastery in Advanced Machine Learning , Deep Learning , and AI will shape the next generation of talent. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and incorporate them into training programs This role is focused on career-based learning techniques where you’ll help students bridge the gap between academic concepts and real-world applications through structured guidance, live instruction, and project mentorship. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live, interactive sessions on: Advanced Machine Learning algorithms (Ensemble methods, Feature Engineering, Model Deployment) Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, Computer Vision, NLP, etc.) Industry-standard tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, MLflow, etc.) Design and deliver career-focused learning paths aligned with real-world data science job roles. Assign, evaluate, and guide capstone projects that simulate real-life AI challenges. Assist students in developing industry-relevant portfolios to compete in the AI talent market. Provide mentorship , including interview guidance, resume reviews, and career roadmap planning. Stay current with industry trends and update curriculum accordingly. Requirements: Currently working as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer / AI Specialist in a reputed MNC. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data science projects and tools. Strong expertise in ML/DL frameworks , cloud ML environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and version control systems. Prior teaching/mentoring experience is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. Ability to simplify complex concepts for students with varied backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields. Contribution to open-source projects , published papers , or technical blogs .
