As a Finance Manager at our company, your responsibilities will include: - Elaborating the Operational Budget with all the Departments of the company. - Analyzing deviations between actuals and the approved budget, and conducting audits and reviews of closing operations. - Providing monthly reports on activities to the country manager and Headquarter Controlling Department, focusing on key performance indicators such as sales, worked hours, productivity, P&L, and investments. - Reporting the monthly forecast to the headquarters. - Participating in feasibility studies for company events such as openings, relocations, and refurbishments. - Implementing control expense plans and proposing optimization plans proactively. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred). - Proficiency in financial software and Excel (ERP experience preferred). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information. - Strong analytical and synthetic skills with good business sense and self-learning initiative. - Strong organization, planning, and communication skills. - Skilled at methodical and detailed work, interacting with other departments and general management effectively. - Knowledge of advanced local accounting principles and procedures, with an ability to adapt quickly to business changes and demonstrate flexibility.
