Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis to assess data quality and compliance with regulatory metrics.
Design and validate data quality rules and controls.
Manage issue resolution related to data quality assessment.
Collaborate with ITSO and process owners to ensure effective data management.
Lead process improvements and document workflows.
Utilize tools such as Databricks, Aurora, Excel, and Confluence for data management.
Develop and maintain automated reporting workflows and DQ scorecards.
Ensure compliance with BCBS 239 and DUSE standards, particularly in cybersecurity and operational risk.

Experience Requirement:

5-8 years of experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality in financial services.
Experience building data quality frameworks and scorecards.
Familiarity with regulatory metrics and standards (e.g., BCBS 239).
Exposure to reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
