Description
As a Data Analyst for critical datasets within the Customer Engagement Platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Your responsibilities will include identifying and addressing quality and compliance gaps, collaborating with business users to resolve data-related issues, and building advanced dashboards and reports to support business insights. - Serve as the Data Analyst for critical datasets within the Customer Engagement Platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Identify and address quality and compliance gaps, propose solutions, implement necessary configuration changes, and perform detailed analysis/validation of new functionality releases and bug fixes. - Correlate data sets with Datacenter inventory/CMDB to support critical Datacenter migrations. - Collaborate with business users to define, analyze, and resolve data-related issues, translating technical details for the IT team to implement solutions, with follow-up communication to stakeholders. - Work closely with Project Leads, Project Managers, and Program Managers to understand data requirements and ensure timely delivery of data solutions. - Manage, analyze, and mine large, diverse datasets, including both structured and unstructured data. - Build advanced, interactive dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making. - Lead large-scale data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines. - Directly engage with clients, providing expertise to define hypotheses, determine appropriate methodologies for data extraction, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations. - Communicate analysis results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear and compelling business outcomes. - Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven findings across various business functions. - Experience in data analytics, with expertise in SQL, MS Access, and data manipulation. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to conduct in-depth investigations and root cause analysis. - Hands-on experience gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources, particularly customer-related datasets. - Eagerness to learn new tools and stay updated on industry best practices. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Solid understanding of IT environments and data management processes. - Proficiency in building and presenting data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is highly desirable. - Experience with SQL, MS Excel, and statistical models or industry-standard tools for data analysis. - Ability to construct and execute SQL queries for data analysis and deliver actionable insights. - Experience in providing data solutions and tools to empower self-service frameworks for data consumers. The company values individuals with familiarity with No-SQL databases, Teradata, and Big Data platforms. Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Pipelines, and working with large-scale data infrastructure is considered desirable.,
