Role Overview

We are seeking a

Data Analyst

to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will turn raw data into actionable insights, helping various departments (Academics, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product) make informed decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to present findings in a clear, business-oriented way.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze structured & unstructured data from multiple sources (CRM, LMS, Marketing platforms, etc.).
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across sales, student performance, operations, and marketing campaigns.
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Support business teams with data-driven decision-making and predictive modeling.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to define data tracking requirements.
Automate recurring reports and data processes for efficiency.
Present findings to stakeholders in simple, impactful visualizations.
Maintain data quality, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years in data analytics, preferably in EdTech / SaaS / Digital Marketing.
Strong skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Python/R for data analysis.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
Knowledge of statistical analysis & predictive modeling.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear business language.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
