Data Analyst

As a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant in Sales Operations, your role will involve: - Supporting the configuration and deployment of incentive compensation plans on platforms like ZAIDYNTM and Salesforce. - Assisting in quality assurance (QA/QC) and validation of IC reports and field scorecards. - Participating in the end-to-end setup and refresh of roster, territory assignments, and customer-account mappings. - Supporting the validation and downstream delivery of updated alignments and data structures. - Assisting in the target setting process using fairness testing, historical sales trends, and business rules. - Analyzing aggregated sales data to recommend target allocations at national and sub-national levels. - Ensuring alignment with business constraints and coordinating with BU stakeholders for refinement and finalization. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and operational readiness. - Assisting in preparing user guides, training material, and field enablement content. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare consulting. - Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel and SQL (experience in Redshift or similar platforms preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; exposure to working with global clients or cross-border teams is desirable.,
