Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily tasks by following predefined workflows in a high-volume data environment.
Examine and verify documents to ensure completeness and compliance with established standards.
Accurately enter and process data by adhering to established guidelines and quality benchmarks.
Track and report progress on assigned tasks in real time.
Maintain and update internal records related to benefits and employee data.
Ensure timely and precise completion of all assigned responsibilities.
Provide support to colleagues experiencing peak workloads or tight deadlines.
Maintain clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication within the team.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree, preferably in a science-related
Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in managing repetitive tasks.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in routine and standardized work.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Effective communication and active listening skills.
Confident decision-making in a structured yet occasionally ambiguous environment.
Strong team player, committed to collaboration, service delivery, and problem-solving.
Willingness to support and contribute to an inclusive, diverse team culture.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and navigation.
