Job Description

Role & responsibilities

This team is part of the Central Demand Planning team which primarily takes care of short-term,
medium-term and long-term Traffic/Units/GMV forecasts for all the business units across the Organization.

You are Responsible for:-

Units/GMV planning for one or more core BUs at organization for various time horizons and product
granularity Daily/weekly RCAs for the performance of respective BU Work with Supply and inventory planning teams to enable speed and inventory for respective BUwithout compromising on cost metrics Work with category and business finance teams to understand the interventions planned toachieve business targets and validate the highlights to provide accurate forecasts to thestakeholders and leadership

Preferred candidate profile

B Tech with 1-4 years of experience in R, Python,PowerBI,SQL,GScript.
Analytical mindset to derive useful insights from the data available. Understanding of Business and Supply chain from e-commerce perspective. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and logically align everyone for key business decisions.
