Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, utilizing your strong analytical thinking skills and proficiency in various data analytics tools to lead and guide team members in executing data analytics projects. Your passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights and collaborating with clients will drive the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize analytical thinking to approach complex business problems effectively. - Proficiently work with tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Azure Synapse Analytics, T-SQL, Python with PySpark or Pandas, SSIS, and SSAS. - Guide and mentor team members in data analytics projects, ensuring project success. - Demonstrate expertise in working on end-to-end data projects, from raw data transformation to presenting actionable insights. - Use Notebooks (Python) to transform raw data in Synapse using Apache Spark efficiently. - Create and optimize stored procedures, showcasing proficiency in handling complex SQL Joins and relationships. - Manage existing SSIS and SSAS projects while also showing the ability to create new ones. - Create User Stories, Features, or Epics in Azure DevOps based on business needs and execute them accordingly. - Interact effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular project updates. - Develop measures in Power BI and SSAS, crafting interactive and insightful reports in Power BI. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech/B.E. Computers, or B.Sc Computers. - Master's degree in MS/M.Sc(Science) Computers, MCA Computers, or M.Tech Computers. - Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in data analytics.
