Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in the Data & Analytics department, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, building analytical tools, and developing test strategies to ensure delivery outcomes for specific business asks on Data Analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and scope business requirements and priorities through rigorous information gathering and analysis. - Monitor and integrate emerging technology trends and developments for structured data gathering. - Specify and create data structures, design data flow, and develop mechanisms for maintenance, storage, and retrieval of data. - Develop and implement guidelines, processes, and norms for data handling across the organization. - Design solution blueprints and structures to guide the development of tech solutions. - Manage stakeholder expectations and needs by aligning them with organizational requirements. - Develop a test strategy and systematic test procedures to verify that solutions meet design specifications. - Identify and evaluate digitization and innovative business opportunities in data & analytics. - Develop, select, and apply analytical tools and advanced computational methods to enable systems to produce desired outcomes. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). - Post-Graduation in Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA). - Experience range of 2 to 5 years.,
