Job Description

As a Data Analyst at Pitney Bowes, your role will be on a cross-BU team, focused solely on the SendTech Business Unit. You will be coordinating with stakeholders across various departments such as Client Analytics, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, and external Partners to support continued growth. Your expertise in data extraction, curation, analysis, visualization, and storytelling will be crucial in helping stakeholders make informed business decisions and influence campaign strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and opportunities for growth, as well as communicating areas that need improvement in efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and analytics requirements. - Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines for business reporting. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across data sources and reports. - Create insightful reports, critical metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using multiple data sources. - Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvements. - Deliver data-driven insights to key stakeholders and executive leadership on a regular basis. - Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for data models and analysis processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's in Technology or BS/MS in a quantitative/analytical discipline such as Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Applied Math. - 4-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting. - At least 4 years of experience with advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modeling. - At least 2 years of experience with data visualization tools like Power BI. - Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint). - Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Prior experience delivering results and working across time zones. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in B2B reporting. - Experience with Python or R. - Experience with marketing campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization. - Experience analyzing digital web marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. At Pitney Bowes, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas.
