Data Analyst - People & Culture

As a Data Analyst specializing in Power BI dashboards and reports for People & Culture initiatives, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining visually engaging and insightful analytical solutions. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyzing key people metrics, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will be expected to support ongoing improvements in data processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, contributing to fostering a data-driven culture within the People & Culture function. Additionally, you may lead local projects focused on HR system-related process enhancements, including project planning, scope documentation, and reporting project status. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within an HR, People Analytics, or People Experience environment. Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report/dashboard development, is essential. Your ability to work with large and complex datasets from diverse sources, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, will be key to transforming data into actionable insights. Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or global organizations is advantageous, along with excellent communication skills to present data in a user-friendly and impactful manner. Being a self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a remote or offshore team is crucial. Strong project management skills will further enhance your effectiveness in this role. While not mandatory, prior experience in an HR role supporting the UK or maintaining HR Master Data in systems like SuccessFactors or SAP is preferred.
