Data Analyst

As an IT Data Analyst/Engineer at our company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic data team in Bangalore and Pune. With 4 to 12 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or BI reporting, you will leverage data to drive crucial business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end data solutions aligning with business requirements. - Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis. - Utilize Python for data manipulation and analytics. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to enhancing data flow, quality, and governance. - Support data compliance and security standards. - Participate in special analytics projects and initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI. - Proficiency in SQL. - Expertise in Python. - Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
