Data Analyst

You have 5-7 years of experience and are looking for a Permanent job in Bangalore (Hybrid) location. Your key responsibilities will include developing, designing, and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports. You will also create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs, as well as build and maintain data models within Power BI for scalability and performance. Additionally, you will use Power Query (M language) for data transformation and cleaning, implement Row-Level Security (RLS), and manage workspaces, datasets, and gateways in Power BI Service. It will be essential to schedule and monitor data refreshes and troubleshoot any issues related to data accuracy, performance, or refresh failures. Collaborating with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver user-friendly solutions will be a crucial part of your role. You should stay updated with new Power BI features and functionalities to enhance reporting capabilities. Required skills include proven hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service, strong expertise in DAX and Power Query (M), and a good understanding of data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema). You should be able to create interactive visualizations, drill-through reports, optimize report performance, and handle large datasets effectively. Familiarity with Power BI governance, workspace management, and deployment pipelines is also necessary for this position. This is a full-time, permanent job that requires in-person work.,
