Data Analyst

At Multicon, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mathematical background, exceptional numerical skills, and a sharp analytical mindset. This role will primarily support our Forex entity while also contributing to other entities within the organization, ensuring impactful analytics and insights across the entire group. Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevance for analysis.
Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevance for analysis.Analyse financial and operational data trends to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using advanced Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and VBA scripting) and SQL to present data effectively to stakeholders.Create predictive models and conduct statistical analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.Identify, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.Work closely with teams across departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.Address data-related issues promptly, ensuring data integrity and consistent reporting standards.Assist in analysing market trends and competitor performance to provide strategic insights for Forex and other entities.Leverage VBA for automating repetitive tasks, creating custom reports, and optimizing Excel workflows to improve efficiency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in a query language, such as SQL, and experience with NoSQL databases, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.), Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data effectively,Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus, Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
