Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large and diverse datasets (operational, financial, customer feedback, etc.)
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business operations
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and visual presentations for management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, quality, and customer service to fulfill data needs
• Conduct root-cause analyses and identify trends to support performance improvement initiatives
• Automate routine reporting tasks to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and industry standards
• Provide training and support to users on dashboard usage and data interpretation

Specifications:

• Education: MBA (Data Analytics / Business Analytics) or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a data analysis or reporting role
