Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of data interpretation and
Power BI reporting
Proficiency in
SQL, Python
Performed associative and comparative analysis preferably In HR Domain
Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting to ensure actionable insights and supporting business teams with ad-hoc queries
Knowledge of security protocols across various streams
Experience with quality assurance processes to ensure data solutions meet defined standards
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for data hosting and collaboration
Experience with agile practices to enhance data analysis efficiency
Experience
in customer Analytics and People Analytics mandatory.
