Seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise, deep understanding of data relationships and cardinality, and experience in source-to-target mapping and transformation rules. Must work independently, support data modelers, and possess healthcare domain knowledge especially in FSA, HRA, HBA, HSA, and financial wellness benefits. Ideal candidate will bridge technical and business needs with minimal guidance
Mandatory skills

Should be very good at SQL

Should understand data relationships and cardinality

Should be able to do source to target mapping and provide data transformation rules

Should be able to work independently with limited guidance

Should be able to help data modelers

Should have healthcare knowledge. Knowledge of health benefits data relating to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), Health Benefits Accounts (HBA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and other financial wellness benefits and services would be preferred.
