Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets using
SQL, Python, SAS, or similar tools
to profile data and deliver actionable insights.
Perform
root cause analysis
to identify data quality issues and support remediation plans.
Conduct
data profiling
to assess source data and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Implement and maintain
data quality standards
and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across systems.
Ensure compliance with
data privacy and security regulations
(GDPR, CCPA) and follow best practices for secure data handling.
Collaborate with
business owners, analysts, and engineers
to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
Support
Master Data Management (MDM)
and
Data Governance
initiatives across the organization.
Document
data lineage, business definitions, and technical metadata
in Collibra or similar tools.
Provide insights that influence business strategy, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
Participate in
Agile delivery processes
, including sprint planning, user story grooming, and UAT activities.
