Job Description

The role focuses on analyzing and interpreting insurance data, building and maintaining Snowflake-based data solutions and collaborating with teams to derive actionable insights for insurance operations and strategies

Key Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and analyze insurance data to support business decisions, using Snowflake as the primary data warehousing tool
Experience in Data profiling, lineage, quality checks, metrics/validation, SQL proficiency.
Collaborate with actuaries, product managers, and business analysts to translate insurance business requirements into data solutions
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with insurance regulations in all analytics and reporting endeavors

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on experience as a data analyst, preferably in the insurance domain
Strong working knowledge of Snowflake, including SQL scripting, data warehousing concepts, and performance optimization
Ability to document and communicate data analytics findings to insurance stakeholders
Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and integrating insurance data pipelines
