Position: Senior Software Engineer
Experience: 6+ YearsCategory: Software Development/ EngineeringWillingness to work in CET shift (12 PM9 PM IST).Main location: Bangalore
. Strong experience building dashboards and KPI reports on Skywise / Palantir Foundry (Workshop, Slate, Quiver, Carbon, Pipelines, Contour).
. Data analytics experience with mediumlarge datasets.. Knowledge of Ontology tools (Ontology Manager, Object Explorer, Actions).. Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and data quality.. Ability to automate reporting and manage end-to-end dashboard development in Skywise.
. Experience creating ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
. ITSM / ServiceNow process knowledge.. Python, SQL, React, JavaScript, CSS.

. Build basic to intermediate ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
. Support ITSM reporting improvements and automate key ServiceNow metrics.
