Job Description

Data Science & Predictive Modeling
Expertise in Data Mining Principles: Applied working knowledge of data mining methodologies, including predictive analytics and data mapping, to efficiently collect, integrate, and leverage data from diverse, multi-source environments.
Statistical Foundation & Tool Proficiency: Strong foundation in statistics and quantitative analysis, with hands-on experience utilizing advanced tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Excel for complex data manipulation and statistical modeling.
Data Analysis, Visualization, and Reporting
Data Structuring and Presentation: Proven ability to analyze, structure, and synthesize large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting: Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining impactful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, or SAS) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support organizational strategy.
Advanced Tool Mastery: Proficient in leading data visualization and advanced analytics platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, SAS, and web-based visualization libraries like chart.js.
Technical Skills & Programming
Database and Querying Expertise: Deep knowledge of database structures and data model design. Strong programming skills in querying languages such as SQL and SAS.
General Programming Acumen: Experience with general-purpose programming languages including C, C++, and JAVA, enhancing capabilities in data processing and custom solution development.
Professional Experience & Soft Skills
Substantial Professional Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience serving as a Data Analyst or in a directly comparable role, consistently delivering high-impact data solutions.
Strategic Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of effectively simplifying complex technical findings for executive and other non-technical stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance practices, ensuring ethical and legally sound handling of sensitive data.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities to identify root causes and develop innovative data-driven solutions
