Role Overview: Enphase Energy is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Program Management Office (PMO) and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. The role involves leading Analytics, AI, and Automation independently to drive data-informed decisions across product lifecycle stages, from concept to launch. Collaboration with engineering, supply chain, quality, and product teams is essential to ensure data integrity, visibility, and actionable insights that accelerate innovation and operational excellence.
