We are searching for a talented HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. Your role will involve supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The objective is to foster corporate values and facilitate business success through effective human resources management. This includes responsibilities such as job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. Your responsibilities in this role will include enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. You will be tasked with maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Additionally, you will support organization staff by establishing and interviewing programs, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes. You will be responsible for preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results will also be part of your role. This will involve training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors. Implementing employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits will be another key aspect of your role. This includes studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, directing the processing of benefit claims, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids, awarding benefit contracts, and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. Furthermore, you will ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.,
