As a Dashboard Designer at NTT DATA, your responsibilities include designing visually appealing and intuitive dashboards to display key security metrics, incidents, and trends. Utilizing data visualization tools and scripting languages for automation, you will develop and maintain customized reports that offer meaningful insights into security data for management and regulatory purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain customized reports for accurate insights into security data. - Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from various security tools to identify anomalies and threats. - Generate detailed incident reports outlining security incidents and resolutions. - Assist in creating compliance documentation for industry standards and regulations. - Implement automated reporting processes to streamline report generation. - Integrate threat intelligence feeds to enhance situational awareness. - Maintain accurate documentation of reporting and dashboard configurations. - Provide training and support to SOC analysts on dashboard interpretation. - Coordinate incident response efforts by providing real-time updates through dashboards. - Evaluate new security tools and technologies for improving reporting capabilities. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience. - 3 years of experience in security/network/data center/systems/storage administration and monitoring services. - Basic knowledge of management agents and ITIL processes.
