Job Description

Develop and implement engaging dance therapy sessions for students with various abilities.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to achieve academic goals.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in professional development to stay updated on best practices in dance therapy.
Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians to ensure student success.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of dance techniques and methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
Familiarity with special education needs and disabilities.
Experience working with children or adults with behavioral issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A B.Ed degree is required.
