Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Dairy Technologist. The involves engaging in research and development to innovate and improve product offerings within the field of food science and technology. Responsibilities also include overseeing dairy product production processes, ensuring quality standards, and conducting sensory evaluations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Food Technology, Food Science, and Dairy Products
• Experience with Sensory Evaluation techniques to ensure quality and consistency
• Proficiency in conducting Research and Development (R&D) in food and dairy sciences
• Attention to detail and understanding of food safety and quality standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications or degrees in food technology, dairy technology, or related fields
• Prior experience in a similar role in the food or dairy industry is advantageous
