D&A Solution Delivery, Architecture & Support Lead

You are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Leader of Data and Analytics Solution Delivery, Architecture, and Support to lead a dynamic team. Your role is critical for building new analytic solutions, maintaining and architecting data platforms, and supporting all solutions and platforms developed over time. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with a strong background in Power BI and Azure Synapse. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of data architects, data engineers, consultants, and support personnel. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. - Mentor and develop team members for continuous learning and professional growth. - Oversee the development and delivery of new analytic solutions based on business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Architect new data platforms and technology solutions to meet evolving business needs. - Maintain and optimize existing data platforms for scalability, reliability, and performance. - Implement best practices for data architecture and data management. - Ensure ongoing support for all solutions and platforms developed by the team. - Implement monitoring, maintenance, and support processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with data solutions and platforms. - Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data and analytics solution delivery, architecture, and support. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies for driving innovation. - Align data and analytics strategies with overall business goals and objectives. - Act as a liaison between the data and analytics team and business stakeholders. - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization. - Provide technical leadership in Power BI, SAP, and Azure Synapse. - Ensure the team leverages the full capabilities of tools to deliver high-quality solutions. - Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance data and analytics capabilities. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of professional experience within the analytics field. - Previous experience in leading a team of highly-skilled D&A professionals. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. - Excellent command of Azure Synapse, SAP BO/BW/SAC, Data Factory, SQL DW, Databricks, Data Factory, Power BI, or similar. - Good grasp of Data Science/BI/DW/ETL tools. - Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders across the organization. - Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, proposing solutions and setting up processes. - Perfect command of English.,
