This is an exciting new role in the CO XOPS, which is tasked to deliver maximum value from data to drive business and organization performance. Section Heading: Role Profile (A concise statement setting out the main purpose and objectives of the job) This role will focus on leading a build team to develop the Machine learning powered solution, Forecast Engine Utility. FEU is intended to help the business make more effective decisions in the integrated forecasting space. The role will be expected to blend the expertise of Delivery, ML, Data Analysis and Business Intelligence to design, develop and govern the solutions. To be successful, the candidate should thrive working with both technical teams and commercial business teams. Design & manage the delivery workflow for the Solution Factory, including standards and templates where necessary Work with the project squad members to break requirements into sprints and plan sprint delivery Ensure third-party resources (or resources from the Data CoE) are in place to deliver planned sprints Manage third parties delivering work escalating issues to relevant stakeholders when appropriate Engage third parties & manage resources for delivery Monitor third-party delivery quality to ensure it meets with Solution Factory standards and ensure suitable handover to DevOps Assist in the review & selection of third parties for delivery C ontribute to the design of global TPA product roadmap incorporating market nuances. All About You (Experience and qualifications required) Essential : 12+ years of experience in Solutions & products delivery in multi-vendor environment Bachelor's degree in a professional or management discipline Experience and deep understanding of Agile/DevOps/ML development lifecycle from conception to delivery in Data & Analytics area Technical knowledge on Cloud based data and analytics tools and technologies, specifically Azure, Data Lake Store, SQL DW and Hadoop Experience working with Power BI dashboard and large underlying data sets. Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks. Develop, optimize data models for reporting and analytics in Power BI. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Required Candidate profile Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks, Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices). Strong SQL for querying, transformation, and optimization.

Main Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ETL pipelines for the continuous deployment and integration. Collaborate with other data engineers and data scientists to understand data requirements and optimize data solution processes. Assure that data is cleansed, mapped, transformed, and otherwise optimised for storage and use according to business and technical requirements The ability to automate tasks and deploy production standard code (with unit testing, continuous integration, versioning etc.) Load transformed data into storage and reporting structures in destinations including data warehouse, high speed indexes, real-time reporting systems and analytics applications Build data pipelines to collectively bring data together Other responsibilities include extracting data, troubleshooting and maintaining the data warehouse Implement best practices for pipeline building and governance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pipeline deployment and performance. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards Solution design using Microsoft Azure services and other tools Required skills and experience 2-3 years of experience in Azure Data Analytics, Synapse, DevOps. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Py-Spark, Spark-SQL. Experience with Azure: ADLS, Synapse, Stream Analytics, SQL DW, Analysis Services, Serverless Architecture, ARM Templates Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or and their respective services. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools and version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience with monitoring tools. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Nice to have: Should have Data Engineer certification from any discipline Azure, AWS. Azure Synapse Studio, Data bricks, Fabric Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.) Mandatory Skills: ETRM Energy Trading and Risk Management. Experience: 5-8 Years.
