Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Responsible for all electrical system engineering aspects, Plant maintenance and improving the performance of production equipment, facilities maintenance and testing equipment in the plant. Operation and Maintenance of electrical equipment like: 33KVA HT Line, VCB, , DG 2000 kVA ,Transformer 2.5 MVA, HT/LT Busbar & Termination, HT/LT Capacitor Panel, Chiller 400 tr/100 tr, Compressor 500 VSD /450 kw, Rectifier Panel, UPS Input & Output Panel, ACDB, DCDB, Earthing, Air Washer. Upgrade modification and installation of industrial automation equipment. Troubleshooting and repairing machine electrical problems. Check and monitor equipment condition and perform corresponding actions or plans to prevent equipment breakdown. Implements special projects to upgrade machine capability and productivity. Implementing regular preventive maintenance on machine electrical panels, LV panels, vision inspection system panels, light tester panels, plant electrical facilities, HVAC and Utilities and other electrical equipment being utilized by the production to minimize downtime due to machine electrical failures. Perform intensive calibration of vision inspection system, light and leak tester, blank can sensor and other testing devices that directly affect quality and reliability of products. Monitors and repairs factory and office lightings and other plant electrical facilities that affect performance and working condition of the employees. Preferred candidate profile
