Job Description

1. Technical Expertise in D365 F&O Development

Demonstrated proficiency in X++ development, extensions, customizations, and integrations within D365 F&O.
Familiarity with the development environment (Visual Studio, LCS, Azure DevOps).

2. Experience with D365 F&O Architecture and Frameworks

Strong understanding of the D365 F&O data model, framework architecture, and application stack.
Experience working with Finance, Supply Chain, or other functional modules is a plus.

3. Integration and Data Migration Skills

Ability to develop and maintain integrations using OData, RESTful APIs, Data Entities, and custom services.
Experience with data migration tools like Data Management Framework (DMF) and Dual-write.

4. Solution Design and Customization

Proven ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience in designing, implementing, and documenting customizations/extensions following best practices.

5. Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking

Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues related to performance, integration, or data integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

6. Communication and Stakeholder Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers or team members.
