D365 F&O L1 Support Lead || Immediate Joiner

Job Title: D365 F&O L1 Support Lead Experience Required: 5+ years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned D365 F&O L1 Support Lead with strong functional and technical expertise in the Finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in API integration , as well as in-depth technical knowledge in areas like X++ development , customizations/COC , and Data Entities . This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operation and first-level support for ongoing D365 F&O implementations and custom solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary L1 support lead for D365 F&O, especially within the Finance module Provide first-level triage for functional and technical issues reported by end users Work closely with business users to understand and resolve system issues efficiently Analyze and support API integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues Review and understand X++ code , customizations, extensions (COC), and data entities Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and issue resolution when needed Ensure timely updates, documentation, and reporting for support tickets Maintain system stability by monitoring performance and proactively identifying issues Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting D365 F&O Strong functional understanding of the Finance module Hands-on experience with API integration and troubleshooting Solid technical skills in X++ , Customization/COC , and Data Entities Experience working in support environments (preferably L1/L2 roles) Ability to analyze and debug technical issues independently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure DevOps for ticket and release management Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services) Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O (Functional or Technical)
