D365 CE Developer

You are an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer who will be responsible for designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions to address business challenges and optimize customer relationship management processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment of CRM solutions. - Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and proposing innovative solutions to maximize CRM value. - Configuring and customizing CRM applications to meet client-specific needs. - Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development on customer implementations. - Leading CRM system integration projects with existing systems and services. - Assisting in CRM development and deployment processes. - Triaging CRM implementation support issues at the 3rd line level. In terms of experience and background, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE, specifically using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013, 2015, 2016, or 365. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.). - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM). - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, key points to note include: - Experience in working directly with clients in workshops or requirement gatherings. - Proficiency in Custom API Plugin, Plugin, Javascript, and some understanding of PCF controls. - Prior work in D365 development, particularly in Canvas/Module-driven APPS and Sales/Service modules.,
