D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer

As an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions to address business challenges and optimize customer relationship management processes. Here is a summary of the job description: **Role Overview:** You will specialize in designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions that address business challenges and optimize customer relationship management processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online versions 2013, 2015, 2016, or 365. - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM). - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred but not mandatory. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE. - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. - Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM). - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
