D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer

Role Overview: You are an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer sought to join the team. Your focus will be on designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions to tackle business challenges and enhance customer relationship management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online versions 2013, 2015, 2016, or 365. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc. - Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Knowledge of Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM). - Possession of Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications is preferred, though not mandatory. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - In-depth understanding of D365 CE development and customization. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills and the capability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
