D365 CE Developer

As an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer, your role will involve designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions to address business challenges and optimize customer relationship management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyze requirements, and propose innovative solutions that maximize the value of CRM. - Configure and customize CRM applications to meet client-specific needs, utilizing your in-depth technical knowledge and expertise. - Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development on customer implementations. - CRM system integration projects with existing systems and services. - Assist in CRM development/deployment processes. - Triage CRM implementation support issues at the 3rd line level. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013, 2015, 2016, or 365. - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.). - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM). - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Additional Details: You should have experience working directly with clients in workshops or requirement gatherings. Additionally, experience in Custom API Plugin, Plugin, JavaScript, some understanding of PCF controls, D365 development, Canvas/Module driven APPS, and Sales/Service modules will be beneficial for this role.,
