Module Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, Cost Accounting, Budgeting).
• Skilled in Product Information Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Service Management, Jobs/Projects modules.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS & GAAP, Jobs, and Service Management modules.

• Geographic Experience:

  Experience deploying Finance modules across multiple legal entities with country-specific localizations.

• Industry Experience:

  FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), IT Services, or related sectors.

• Data Management & Reporting:

  Experience in project documentation, MIS reporting (account schedules), and Power BI.

• Project Management:

  Basic project management skills including legal entity consolidation.

• Revenue Recognition:

  Strong understanding of revenue recognition processes (Project Management & Accounting).

• Documentation & Planning:

  Proficient in FRD, Solution Design, cut-over planning, and go-live execution.

• Presales:

  Experience in presales activities and conducting demos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a 4-6 member team to implement D365 Business Central (on-prem/cloud/SaaS) tailored to client needs.
• Conduct requirement gathering and client site visits to analyze business needs.
• Configure modules including Product Info Management, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Service Management.
• Personalize role centers and configure security roles and workflows.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, cut-over plans, training materials, and go-live reports.
• Develop test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Lead user training and assist with data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Support project management with planning, estimations, deliverables, and status updates.
• Stay current with new Microsoft features and incorporate them into projects.
• Participate in presales activities, demoing solutions to prospects.
• Lead cut-over planning, obtain client approvals, and ensure smooth go-live.
