You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Media Creative Strategy, with a strong background in Performance Marketing/Advertising. Your key responsibilities will include understanding ad creatives, hooks, and audience psychology, as well as optimizing creative strategies based on data analysis to enhance performance. Excellent communication skills are essential for client interactions and problem-solving. A combination of creativity and strategic thinking is crucial to drive measurable results for D2C brands. This position is remote, and immediate joiners are preferred. Experience working with D2C brands is a significant advantage. The salary for this role ranges from 40,000 to 60,000, negotiable based on your experience.
