D2C Brand - Brand Visual Designer

Responsibilities:

• Brand Design:

  Develop the brand's existing visual identity further. Design graphics for a wide range of applications including product, packaging, and media.

• Product Visual Design:

  Conceptualise and develop the identity & visual design including prints for the products.

• UI/UX Design:

  Own the UI / UX design for website. Be proficient and be able to create concepts on Figma file, work with developer to implement the same and analyse data.

• Art Direction:

  Own art direction for photography & videography for the brand films

• Marketing & Advertising design:

  Design marketing collateral for a website, social media, marketplace, and other channels requiring communication material.

• New Product Development:

  Visual designer contributes significantly towards new product development, including in market research, enhancing existing product design and owning its visual design.

As an early member of the founding team, we are looking for an individual who has a high level of

ownership and is eager to experiment, hustle and learn.As such, we want someone who can

contribute throughout the spectrum.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in graphic design, preferably with an agency or D2C brand. Also open to exceptional freshers.
• Proficient in single-line drawing / hand-drawn illustrations as it is a part of the brand style guide.
• Relevant software skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Procreate among others

Muraleedharan, alumni of INSEAD and IIM-A who have close to two decades of experience in high-

growth companies such as Amazon, Uber, Flipkart, Oyo, and Rapyd.
