Maintain consistent production output while adhering to cycle times.
Monitor machine performance and grinding conditions during operation.
Verify dimensions, roundness, taper, and surface finish as per specifications.
Report non-conformities and support corrective action implementation.
Maintain inspection records and production logs.
Dress and balance grinding wheels as needed.
Perform daily machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and the working area.
Follow safe work practices and wear appropriate PPE.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality inspectors for production priorities.
Update job cards, inspection sheets, and material tracking records.
Suggest improvements for process optimization and waste reduction.
