Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cylindrical Grinding Operator to join our team in Manesar. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and be responsible for operating grinding machines with precision and quality.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate cylindrical grinding machines to produce high-quality products.
Utilize precision work knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient production.
Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on grinding machines to prevent downtime.
Work closely with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.
Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field, such as engineering or technology.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production.
Strong knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols.
Experience in handling lathe machines is an added advantage.
Regular overseas travel for client sites may be required.
