Cybersecurity GRC Lead

You will be providing technical expertise and support to clients, IT management, and staff in risk assessments, implementation, and monitoring of information technology security policies and procedures. You may also act as a Project Leader and provide assistance and training to lower-level specialists. You are expected to have in-depth knowledge of Cyber Risk management and basic understanding of overall Cyber domains. Your role will involve solving complex problems independently, leading initiatives with minimal guidance, and overseeing Infosec Governance and oversight projects within broader projects. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and optimize Cyber GRC processes and framework - Support oversight and maintenance of program documentation - Assist in executing risk assessment and reporting processes - Support assurance processes, controls oversight, monitoring, and reporting - Aid in the effective operation of cyber governance, reporting, and issue tracking - Drive automation, analytics, and continuous process improvements - Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate cyber risk management practices - Stay updated on emerging threats, trends, and regulatory changes - Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff Qualifications: - Significant experience in Cyber Security Risk management and reporting - Strong expertise in cyber security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance - Experience in managing large-scale cyber risk assessments and mitigation programs - Innovative thinking and adaptability to change - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - Organizational and communication skills to coordinate risk-related activities - High attention to detail - Relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar Working with Us: As a Northern Trust partner, you will experience a flexible and collaborative work culture where financial strength and stability empower exploration of new ideas.
