Cybersecurity GRC Lead

You will be joining Northern Trust, a globally recognized financial institution with over 130 years of experience and more than 22,000 partners. As a Cyber Security Risk Management Specialist, your role will involve providing technical expertise and support in risk assessments, implementation, and the maintenance of information technology security policies and procedures. You will also lead Infosec Governance and oversight projects within the broader scope of cyber risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and optimize Cyber GRC processes and framework - Support the oversight and maintenance of program documentation - Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate cyber risk management practices - Stay updated on emerging threats and regulatory changes - Drive automation, analytics, and continuous improvements of processes Qualifications: - Significant experience in Cyber Security Risk management and reporting - Strong expertise in cyber security frameworks, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance - Experience with managing large-scale cyber risk assessments and mitigation programs - Innovative thinking, adaptability to change, and strong interpersonal skills - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar are preferred Working with Us: Northern Trust offers a flexible and collaborative work culture where movement within the organization is encouraged.
