Job Description CyberArk SME (4–9 Years of Experience)

Work Locations: Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid (with overlap between 2 PM – 10 PM IST to support US firm hours)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CyberArk Specialists with strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk Privilege Cloud (CPC) to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in implementing CyberArk solutions in enterprise-scale environments. Additional experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Application Access Manager (CP/CCP/ASCP), Conjur, and Secure Infrastructure Access will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CyberArk PAM and Privilege Cloud solutions across on-prem and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement PAM best practices aligned with organizational security standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
• Integrate application credential management using CP/CCP/ASCP for both legacy and modern applications.
• Configure and manage CyberArk EPM policies for endpoint privilege enforcement and least privilege implementation.
• Deploy and administer Conjur for DevOps secret management and automation pipelines.
• Configure and enhance integration with SIA (Secure Infrastructure Access) and DPA (Dynamic Privilege Access).
• Optimize CyberArk environments to ensure high availability and compliance.
• Manage Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, and related CyberArk components, ensuring security and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience with designing and implementing CyberArk PAM and Privilege Cloud solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience in CyberArk component configuration / customizations and automation.
• Good understanding of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) integration with PAM.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation and API-based integrations.
• Working knowledge of EPM, Conjur, and Application Access Manager (CP/CCP/ASCP) is a plus
• Exposure to SIA/DPA or similar secure remote access technologies is a plus.

Certifications (Mandatory)

• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer – PAM (CDE-PAM)
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer – Privilege Cloud (CDE-CPC)
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer – EPM (CDE-EPM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Guardian certification from CyberArk is advantageous.
• Experience working in a global consulting environment.
• Familiarity with change management, and security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

Work Model

• Hybrid mode with flexibility to work from Bengaluru, Pune, or Hyderabad offices.
• Must be available for overlapping hours with US teams (2 PM – 10 PM IST).
