Position Summary

Level: Solution Advisor

Work you’ll do:

• Works within our CRM taking assigned cases with varying severity levels.
• Engage customers via Phone/Email to gather pertinent information to Assess/Resolve product related issues.
• Log related information as case notes to facilitate tracking/escalating/resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Participating in and leads conference calls with customers Knows their audience and articulate accordingly.
• Interfaces directly with customers at different stages of problem resolution process including understanding issues customers are facing, communicating plans for resolution, explaining developments, and conveying resolution.
• Able to identify when it is necessary to engage or escalate to more senior resources to resolve more complex issues.
• Manages own schedule of cases, which includes determining priority levels and negotiating and setting expectations with customers.
• Work toward becoming subject matter expert in a particular area or areas.

The Team:

Cyber Strategy & Transformation teams develop and transform cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. They keep the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and give stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Services include the design of cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments. Services also encompass Cybersecurity Assessments and Frameworks, Cyber Transformation Management, Technology Software and Asset Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cyber Risk and Compliance, Solution Design and Implementation, and Cyber Risk Analytics and Quantification Reporting.

Qualifications:

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting RSA Archer GRC platform
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with key GRC processes (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy Management)
• Experience in workflow development in Archer
• Proficient in developing dashboards and reports in Archer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to document processes, configurations, and changes efficiently

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Knowledge of various Archer OOB use cases
• Experience in data feeds within Archer
• Basic understanding of SQL or scripting languages for Archer integrations
• RSA Archer Administrator or related GRC platform certification

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Shift:

• Shift work, holidays, weekends, and on-call responsibilities may be required
