Job Description

You will be part of Oracle's Service Cloud group, specifically the Cross-CX Center of Excellence (COE). In this product role, you will need a broad understanding of CX Service, industry best practices, and CX-related business processes or technology designs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client data models and integration landscapes to ensure successful Oracle Service Cloud deployments for customers. You will work on developing and reviewing deployments for large, complex customers, requiring problem-solving skills, technology experience, interpersonal skills, creativity, and independent judgment. **Key Responsibilities:** - 2-6 years of experience with at least 1 year in Service or Field Service Cloud product development, support, or consulting - Hands-on experience with Oracle Service Cloud products (Field Service, Fusion Service, or B2C Service) - Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders - Publish and/or contribute to best practices, white papers, training, webinars, and workshops - Deliver presentations and reports to internal executives - Experience with enterprise architectures, integration models, and technologies - BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree(s) highly desirable **Preferred Qualifications:** - Ability to build credible relationships within Oracle and customer environments - Experience with complex implementations of Field Service Cloud and/or Service Cloud - Advanced ability to manage customer escalations and negotiate resolutions - Genuine passion and willingness to adjust to changing priorities In this role, you will work closely with strategic customers to achieve business objectives and drive significant business value through product adoption.
