Designation : CX Manager Location: WFO(If candidate is exceptional, we can provide WFH) We are looking for a smart, analytical, and user-obsessed CX Manager who will own the end-to-end analysis of our customer journeys and help us shape product experiences that convert, retain, and delight. Key Responsibilities: Customer Journey Analysis Feedback Capture & Insights Personal Development & Segmentation Sales Offer Feedback & A/B Testing Chatbot-Based Engagement Strategy Eligibility: Should have demonstrated copyrighting experience for landing pages, product brochures, ad copies etc. Minimum 1 year of copyrighting experience. Experience in CX management through product engagement Should be tech savvy and AI-first person Experience in general content writing like Blogs/Social Media will not be considered.
