Your key duties will include researching and identifying suitable CVs for jackup barge positions, screening resumes meticulously to verify that candidate qualifications align with the job specifications, and maintaining an organized database of potential candidates. In addition, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill the staffing needs of the organization effectively.
