Ensure Login to conversion ratio is maintained at 75% Ensure delinquency is within the norms Ensure all PDD is collected and in place. Ensure delivery is spaced out through the month rather than accumulation towards month end. Ensure all the documents are given at the time of login to help risk in taking a decision on the case Pre-screening of documents before login. Presenting cases for rate waivers and following on approvals Ensure rejection percentage is below the threshold Where required provide for re-look of rejected cases Liaises with the risk team to do PD. Does a check on all the documents before putting the OSV seal Tracks competition in terms of rates. proposals and approvals. Constantly upgrades himself on new vehicle launches etc After login is necessary to do TRC and Office CPV. Following up to ensure disbursals of all the cases. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to drive sales of Commercial Vehicle loans through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CV financing market, DSA network management, and proven ability to meet sales targets. Role & responsibilities Business Development: Source Commercial Vehicle loan leads through DSA channels. Maintain and expand the DSA network in the assigned territory. Identify and onboard new DSAs to increase market reach. Sales Management: Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets. Track leads and ensure timely login and disbursement of files. Conduct field visits for customer profiling, document collection, and due diligence. Channel Management: Provide product training and regular updates to DSAs. Ensure proper documentation and compliance by DSAs. Resolve DSA issues promptly and build a strong working relationship. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies. Provide feedback to management for product and policy improvements. Customer Handling: Assist customers in understanding loan terms, documentation, and eligibility. Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth processing. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of local market dynamics. Strong networking with DSAs and vehicle dealerships. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Graduate in any discipline. 34 years of relevant experience in Commercial Vehicle Loan Sales. Strong experience with DSA management and field sales. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of credit appraisal and loan documentation.
