As a Cutting Incharge at our textile production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate cutting of fabrics to meet production targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan and Organize Cutting: You will be in charge of planning and organizing cutting schedules to utilize resources efficiently and meet production deadlines effectively. - Supervise Cutting Team: Your role will involve supervising and guiding the cutting team, providing necessary training and support to ensure precise and efficient cutting operations. - Inspect Fabric Quality: You will be responsible for inspecting fabric quality, identifying defects or irregularities, and taking corrective actions promptly. - Maintain Cutting Equipment: Ensuring the proper maintenance, servicing, and calibration of cutting equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. - Meet Production Targets: Working towards meeting production targets by ensuring accurate and efficient cutting of fabrics in accordance with customer requirements. - Implement Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to maintain cutting accuracy and minimize waste effectively. - Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborating with departments such as design, production, and quality control to ensure smooth production processes and effective communication across teams. Qualifications required for this role are: - Experience: You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in textile cutting or a related field. - Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of textile cutting techniques, fabric types, and cutting equipment to perform the duties effectively.
